Peply Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 14, 2026
Last Updated: September 14, 2026

Plain-Language Summary

Peply is a tracking, organization, and educational app for peptide and hormone-protocol information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing instructions.

  • We collect account information, onboarding answers, the health-related tracking data you choose to enter, and technical information needed to run the App.
  • We use this information to operate the App, sync your data across devices, provide the features you use, maintain security, improve the App, and respond to support requests.
  • We do not sell your personal information or your consumer health data.
  • We do not share your health data for targeted advertising, and we do not use it for advertising at all.
  • We do not use your personal health data to train AI models owned by BizzyBee.
  • Some features rely on third-party service providers — Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, Apple, Google, Upstash, Sentry, PostHog, and (when subscriptions launch) RevenueCat. Section 8 lists exactly what each one receives.
  • Apple Health data you choose to import is stored in your Peply account the same way as data you enter by hand.
  • You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and deleting your account in the App deletes your data from our systems.

This summary is for convenience only. The full Privacy Policy below controls.

1. Overview

Peply is owned and operated by BizzyBee LLC ("BizzyBee," "we," "us," or "our"), based in California, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when you use the Peply mobile application (the "App"), our website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. It is incorporated into the Peply Terms of Service.

Data controller: BizzyBee LLC is the data controller responsible for personal information processed under this Privacy Policy.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Peply provides tracking, organization, calculation, and educational features only. It is not a healthcare provider, medical device, pharmacy, telehealth service, or emergency service, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or dosing instructions. Everything the App shows you — including AI-generated responses, calculations, estimates, reminders, and research summaries — is informational and organizational only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.

3. Key Terms

  • Personal information — information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to a person or household.
  • Health data — information about your health, body, compound or medication use, dose logs, injection sites, side effects, weight, lab results, progress photos, check-ins, notes, and similar information you enter, upload, import, or generate in Peply.
  • Consumer health data — health-related information protected under state laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law.
  • Sensitive personal information — information treated as sensitive under applicable privacy laws, including health data, account credentials, and body-related photos.
  • De-identified data — data processed so it can no longer reasonably be linked to a specific person. Aggregated data — data combined across users into summary statistics.

4. Where This Policy Applies

This Privacy Policy applies to the Peply iOS app, the Peply pages of our website at https://www.bizzybeelabs.com/, and support communications you send us. Our website is informational; it does not require an account.

5. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account we collect your email address, your name if provided by you or your sign-in provider, your authentication provider (Apple, Google, or email/password), and an account identifier. We use this to create and secure your account, authenticate you, sync your data, and respond to support requests. Passwords for email sign-in are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us in plain text.

Onboarding Information

You may choose to answer onboarding questions, such as:

  • sex and age;
  • goals and experience level;
  • preferences such as how you prepare doses and what makes routines hard to keep;
  • compounds you are interested in tracking; and
  • an optional creator or referral code.

We use these answers to personalize your setup and show relevant tracking tools. Every question is skippable, and answers are collected on your device before you create an account, then saved to your profile when you sign up. You can view and edit them in Settings at any time.

Tracking Data You Enter

Peply collects the health-related tracking data you choose to enter, including:

  • compound and protocol details (names, schedules, cycles, titration steps you define);
  • dose logs and dose history, including skipped doses;
  • injection sites;
  • vial inventory and reconstitution details;
  • side effects;
  • weight entries;
  • lab results and documents you upload;
  • progress photos;
  • check-ins and notes; and
  • reminder preferences.

This data powers Peply's core tracking, scheduling, history, reminder, and estimation features, and syncs to your account so it is available across your devices.

Photos and Uploaded Files

Progress photos, lab documents, and images you attach in chat are stored with your account and treated as sensitive information where the law requires. Please do not upload images or documents containing personal or medical information beyond what you need for your own records.

AI Chat Messages

If you use the AI chat assistant, your messages, any images you attach, and relevant context from your tracked data (such as your protocols, recent doses, and schedules) are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Chat history is stored with your account so your conversations persist across devices.

The assistant can propose changes to your records, but changes are saved only after you confirm them in the App. The assistant is informational only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing instructions.

We do not use your chat messages or personal health data to train AI models owned by BizzyBee.

Apple Health Data

With your permission, Peply can read body weight from Apple Health. Weight values you choose to import are stored in your Peply account alongside weights you enter by hand, which is what makes them available across your devices. Peply reads only the data types you authorize and does not write data back to Apple Health. You can revoke access at any time in your device settings.

We will never sell Apple Health data, use it for advertising or marketing, use it for use-based data mining, or share it except as permitted by Apple's HealthKit rules and applicable law.

Subscription Information

When paid subscriptions launch, billing will be processed by Apple's App Store, with subscription status managed through RevenueCat. We would receive subscription status, entitlement status, product identifiers, and purchase metadata — never your full payment card details.

Analytics and Diagnostics

We use PostHog for product analytics (which screens and features are used, tied to your account identifier) and Sentry for crash and error reporting (error details and device context). We do not intentionally send your dose values, compound names, side effects, lab results, notes, photos, or chat message content to analytics providers.

Device and Technical Information

We collect device type, operating system version, app version, crash reports, performance diagnostics, and network and request metadata (such as IP address) processed by our service providers for routing, security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

Support Communications

If you contact support, we collect the information you choose to include. Please avoid sending health information beyond what is needed; anything you do include is treated as sensitive where required and used only to respond to your request, troubleshoot, keep support records, and meet legal obligations.

6. Health Data

Peply collects health data you choose to enter, upload, import, or generate, as described in Section 5. We use health data to:

  • provide Peply's core tracking, scheduling, and reminder features;
  • sync your data across your devices;
  • compute the figures you ask for (schedules, remaining vial volume, level estimates);
  • provide AI features you request;
  • personalize your experience;
  • maintain security and prevent misuse;
  • respond to support requests; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

Categories of consumer health data we collect: compound and protocol details, dose logs and history, injection sites, side effects, vial inventory, weight, lab results, progress photos, check-ins, notes, and the content of your AI chat conversations.

Sources: directly from you when you enter or upload it; from Apple Health if you connect it; and generated by the App, such as adherence figures and supply projections derived from what you logged.

Sharing: we share consumer health data only with the service providers in Section 8 that need it to deliver a feature you use — our infrastructure providers and the AI provider that generates chat responses.

We do not sell consumer health data, we do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it to train BizzyBee-owned AI models. If we ever materially expand how we process consumer health data, we will update this Privacy Policy first and provide any notices, consents, or authorizations required by law, including the written authorization Washington law requires before any sale of consumer health data.

7. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services;
  • create and authenticate accounts and sync data across devices;
  • provide tracking, scheduling, reminder, calculation, and history features;
  • provide AI features you request, including reviewing AI conversations with automated tools and, where needed, by our staff to check quality and safety;
  • personalize your experience;
  • manage subscriptions and entitlements when they launch;
  • send the local reminders and notifications you enable;
  • respond to support requests;
  • debug, fix crashes, and understand general usage patterns;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
  • enforce our Terms of Service; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of users, BizzyBee, and others.

8. How We Share Information

We share information only as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.

Service Providers

We share information with vendors that help us operate the Services. They may process information only to provide services to us, under contractual and legal obligations:

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage. Account data, tracking data, photos, lab documents, and chat history.
  • Vercel — hosts our API. All App data passes through it in transit; request metadata is processed for routing and security.
  • OpenAI — generates AI chat responses. Your chat messages, attached images, and the tracked-data context assembled for each message.
  • Apple — sign in with Apple, App Store billing when subscriptions launch, and HealthKit data you authorize (read locally on your device).
  • Google — sign in with Google. Authentication identity only.
  • Upstash — rate limiting. Account identifier and request counters.
  • RevenueCat (when subscriptions launch) — subscription management. Subscription status and purchase metadata; no payment card details.
  • Sentry — crash and error reporting. Error and device context; no health entries or message content intentionally included.
  • PostHog — product analytics. Feature-usage events tied to your account identifier; no health entries or message content intentionally included.

Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Peply, our users, our company, or others.

With Your Consent

We may share information with third parties when you direct us to or give explicit consent.

Business Transfers

If BizzyBee or substantially all of its assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, user information may transfer to the successor entity as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law, this Privacy Policy, required notices, and the rights available to you. A successor that intends to materially change how personal information or consumer health data is processed must provide notice and obtain any legally required consent or authorization before the new practices begin. You may delete your account or exercise applicable rights before or after such a transaction, subject to legal exceptions. Apple Health data is excluded from any business-transfer use that would violate Apple's rules or applicable law.

9. What We Do Not Do

Peply does not:

  • sell personal information or consumer health data;
  • share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
  • share or use health data for advertising of any kind;
  • use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, data mining, or sale;
  • use your personal health data to train BizzyBee-owned AI models;
  • use geofencing of any kind, including near healthcare facilities;
  • intentionally send health entries to analytics providers; or
  • provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing instructions.

If any of these practices ever change, we will update this Privacy Policy first and provide notice, consent, authorization, or opt-out mechanisms where required by law.

10. Where and How We Store Data

Your account and tracking data are stored in our database and file storage hosted by Supabase, with our API hosted by Vercel. Every user's records are isolated with row-level security, so your data is only ever returned to your authenticated account. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our storage providers. The App keeps a limited local cache and an offline queue on your device so it works without a connection; those are protected by your device's own security and are wiped when you sign out.

No system can guarantee absolute security. If a data breach requires notification under applicable law, we will notify affected users as required.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Account and tracking data — kept while your account is active, unless you delete individual records sooner.
  • Photos and lab documents — kept until you delete them or your account.
  • AI chat conversations — kept with your account; you can delete conversations in the App.
  • Subscription records — kept as needed for billing, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
  • Support records — kept as long as reasonably necessary for support and legal obligations.
  • Crash and performance logs — kept for a limited period for debugging, then deleted or aggregated.
  • De-identified or aggregated data — may be retained indefinitely.

When you delete your account:

  • active system data is deleted within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days;
  • backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten;
  • some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or compliance purposes; and
  • data already processed by third-party service providers remains subject to their retention schedules and our agreements with them.

Apple Health data you imported is deleted on the same terms as the rest of your tracking data.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access, correct, export, or delete your information;
  • withdraw consent;
  • opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable;
  • limit the use of sensitive personal information where applicable;
  • appeal a denied privacy request; and
  • request information about third parties to whom we disclosed personal information where the law provides it.

You can manage most of your data directly in the App — editing or deleting records, revoking Apple Health access in device settings, managing notifications, and deleting your account. For anything else, contact admin@bizzybeelabs.com. We may verify your identity before acting on a request, typically by confirming control of the email on your account, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We respond within the time required by applicable law.

13. California Residents

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

In the preceding 12 months we may have collected these categories: identifiers (name, email, account ID, device ID, IP address); customer records (account and subscription information); commercial information (subscription status); internet or network activity (app interactions, crash logs); sensory data (photos you upload); inferences limited to personalization based on your inputs; and sensitive personal information (health data, credentials, body-related photos).

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law. If that ever changes, we will provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism first. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.

14. Washington and Nevada Residents

Washington residents have rights over consumer health data under the Washington My Health My Data Act, and Nevada residents have similar rights under Nevada law — including the rights to confirm whether we collect or share consumer health data, to access it, to delete it, to withdraw consent, and to receive information about disclosures. Sections 5, 6, 8, and 11 of this Privacy Policy describe the consumer health data we collect, its sources, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights.

We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not use geofencing. To exercise these rights, email admin@bizzybeelabs.com (subject line "Consumer Health Data Request"). If we deny your request, you may appeal as described in Section 19.

15. Other U.S. State Rights

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-outs of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. To exercise them, contact admin@bizzybeelabs.com.

16. International Users and Legal Bases

The Services are operated from the United States. If you use them from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections where required.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another region requiring a legal basis for processing:

  • Contract — to provide the App, your account, tracking features, and requested services;
  • Consent — to process your health data, which is a special category of data. Because Peply is a health tracker, this consent is required to use the App; you give it when you create your account, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing admin@bizzybeelabs.com or deleting your account;
  • Consent — for optional features you can decline while continuing to use the App, such as Apple Health access, notifications, and analytics;
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the Services, prevent abuse, debug, and understand general usage; and
  • Legal obligations — to comply with applicable laws.

EEA and UK residents may access, correct, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of their data, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Email admin@bizzybeelabs.com; we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk).

17. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The App does not use website cookies. Our website may use essential cookies and basic analytics to understand traffic; we do not use cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising. There is no uniform standard for "Do Not Track" signals and we do not currently respond to them, but where the law requires, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for applicable web activity.

18. Age Requirement

Peply is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it as required by law.

19. Appeals

If we deny a privacy request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing admin@bizzybeelabs.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General or applicable privacy regulator.

20. Third-Party Links

The Services may link to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

21. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted at https://www.bizzybeelabs.com/peply/privacy with its effective date at the top.

A change is material if it adds a category of information we collect, adds a purpose for using information we already hold, adds a category of recipient, reduces a right or choice this Privacy Policy gives you, or changes the legal basis for processing health data. For material changes we will provide notice — by email, in-app notice, or a notice on this page — at or before the change takes effect, and further in advance where the law requires. Where the law requires your consent before a change applies, we will obtain it before the new practice begins. Non-material changes (corrections, clarifications, rewording, or swapping an individual provider within an already-disclosed category) may be made without notice.

Continued use of Peply after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy means you accept it, except where additional consent is required by law.
