What is Motion?

Motion is an AI-powered strength training app from BizzyBee Labs. It includes workout logging, personalized program generation via Nova AI, recovery tracking through Apple Health, and detailed strength analytics.

How do I cancel my Motion Pro subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Select Motion and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open Motion and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data, including workout history, programs, and personal information.

Why does Motion need access to Apple Health?

Apple Health integration is optional and only used for the Recovery feature. Motion reads sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and other wellness signals to compute your daily recovery score. Your health data never leaves your device unless you tap the Analyze button to send it to our servers for AI analysis.

Is my data private?

Yes. Motion follows strict privacy practices. We never sell your data, and your workouts and health information are linked only to your account. Read our full privacy policy for details.
