Product-Specific Terms

Each of our apps has its own terms of service that govern usage, subscriptions, and account responsibilities. For Motion, please see the Motion Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By using BizzyBee Labs LLC products, you agree to comply with the terms applicable to each product. If you don't agree, please don't use our products.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services for their intended purpose, in compliance with all applicable laws, and without infringing on the rights of others. You're responsible for the security of your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their standard refund policy. To cancel, manage your subscription in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided as-is. We make no warranties beyond what's required by law, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of our products after a change constitutes acceptance.
